To ensure management efficiencies and full compliance with laws of respective jurisdictions where MPV’s real estates are located, local asset companies are established to hold and manage these real estate in the respective countries. For example, MPV Realty Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (1327498-U) was incorporated in Malaysia for such purpose.

Local “MPV Trust” in turn are set up, with the equities of the local asset companies to be held jointly by Public Licensed Trustees in the country where it operates. Such independent trust structures are setup with the sole purpose to protect the interest of MPV Credit Token holders.
